Mechanism of action:
The dry period is the most critical stage in the cow’s life. The health, vitality of the calf, and the productivity of future lactation depend on how well the cow is prepared for calving.
The bolus form of Bovino Taura allows for an individual approach. Gradual release of the bolus in the rumen ensures maximum absorption of all necessary nutrients for the cow and fetus during the dry period. The balanced composition of the feed additive improves physiological status, which positively affects ease of calving and colostrum quality.
Dosage:
Bovino Taura boluses are administered individually into the rumen using an applicator:
- 6–8 weeks before calving;
- 2 boluses per cow.
